After you have dried your breasts wear a proper fitting bra.
Remain in a reclining position for 30 minutes.
The procedure should be repeated at regular intervals during a day.
Remember: more than one minute exposure to ice may cause numbness.
Olive oil can also contribute to breasts firming.
If you put some drops of olive oil into your palms and then you rub them, this will generate heat.
In order to increase blood flow and to stimulate cell repair you should massage your breasts upwards for 15 minutes.
Repeat this massage 4-5 times per week.
If you want to, you may use almond, jojoba or avocado oil instead of olive oil.
Another solution against sagging breasts is Aloe Vera.
You may use it because of its skin-tightening properties and the antioxidants that fight against free radicals.
Massage your breasts with Aloe Vera for 10 minutes making circular movements.
Let the gel stay on your breasts for another 10 minutes and then wash it off using warm water.
This procedure should be repeated 4-5 times a week.
If you want firm breasts you should not forget about food rich in vitamins, proteins, calcium, carbohydrates, minerals and essential fats.
